近期，泰国厂某供应商得标后伪造我司员工签名及公司印章自行完成合同签订。依据《黑名单管理办法》5.6.1：在招投标过程中或非招标工程承揽、物资采购过程中相互串通投标、非法以他人名义投标和以其他方式弄虚作假骗取中标或订单等恶意行为的，如提供虚假证件，资质业绩，数据，发票，资料等，公司永久停止与其合作。

เมื่อไม่นานมานี้ บริษัทพบว่า ซัพพลายเออร์รายหนึ่งในโรงงานที่ประเทศไทย ภายหลังจากได้รับการคัดเลือกสำเร็จแล้ว ได้ปลอมแปลงลายเซ็นของพนักงานบริษัทและตราประทับของบริษัท WUS เพื่อลงนามในสัญญาด้วยตนเองโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ตามข้อกำหนด 5.6.1 ของ "ข้อกำหนดการจัดการรายชื่อผู้ร่วมงานที่ถูกขึ้นบัญชีดำ" ของบริษัท WUS การกระทำดังกล่าวถือเป็นการกระทำที่ผิดกฎหมาย เช่น การสมคบคิดในการเสนอราคา การเสนอราคาโดยใช้ชื่อของผู้อื่นอย่างผิดกฎหมาย หรือการใช้วิธีการอื่นที่หลอกลวงเพื่อให้ได้รับสัญญาหรือคำสั่งซื้อ รวมถึงการให้เอกสารปลอม ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติ ผลงาน ข้อมูลใบกำกับภาษี หรือข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ซึ่งจะถือเป็นการกระทำที่ร้ายแรง และบริษัทจะยุติความร่วมมือกับผู้ประกอบการนั้นอย่างถาวร

Recently, a supplier to our company's factory in Thailand forged the signatures of our company's employees and the company seal to unilaterally complete the contract signing after winning the bid. According to section 5.6.1 of the Blacklist Management Measures: In the process of bidding and tendering or in undertaking non-bidding projects and material procurement, if there is malicious behavior such as colluding in bidding, illegally bidding in the name of others, and using other means of fraud to win the bid or order such as providing false certificates, qualifications and performance, data, invoices, materials, etc., the company will permanently suspend cooperation with such suppliers.
